A Concise Retort

When people tell me that the problems of my generation are no greater or more significant than those faced by my predecessors and should therefor be looked upon as an innate part of the human condition, I promptly tell them to fuck off, because if perspective breeds apathy then I'm content with the ignorant assumption than my actions have meaning and consequence.
